Multi-day tour prices with hotels included are based on 2 guests sharing a hotel room. This will include a double bed or 2 twin beds due to availability. Please message us if you require special sleeping arrangements.
Children prices are lower. Please let us know the child’s age and we will get you a quote.
Please let us know what changes you would like to make, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Changes only possible on private tours. Some changes may incur extra charges.
Most hotels and restaurants offer vegetarian options. Regarding allergies please let us know, our guides will do their best to arrange special meal requests.
The hotels will be highly rated, popular hotels throughout our tours. Luxury or budget hotels may be available, please message us for options.
Pick ups for private tours will be at your hotel. Pick ups for group tours will be at an easy to find, central location.
Credit card, Bitcoin, or Taiwanese cash is available for payment. Credit card deposits of 25% will be required to confirm multi-day tours.
Your deposit will be 100% refunded 7 days before the tour, or 50% 3 days before the tour. 100% will be refunded due to extreme weather or force majeure.
The weather in Taiwan is sometimes unpredictable. It is advised to bring a jacket in case of rain, and sturdy walking shoes for unpaved trails.
Please wear comfortable clothes for the weather, a jacket, comfortable walking shoes, money for souvenirs, and money for lunch if not included in the price of the tour. Cash is best as some places do not accept credit cards or electronic payment.
It is always good to be prepared. 500-1000ntd will easily get you through the day of food, snacks, and souvenirs.
By law, everyone needs daily or multi-day insurance for tours in Taiwan. We will need passport info before the tour to give to the insurance provider. Rest assured, your information will be kept secure.
Tours will run rain or shine, unless we feel the weather puts our guests in danger. We always err on the side of caution. If we need to cancel due to weather, we will do our best to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a 100% refund, guaranteed.
